 Andrew Miller serves as Vice President of Strategy and Operations for Global Marketing and Communications.  He joined Aon in 2010 after several years of consulting to the firm.  During his time at Aon, he has held a number of roles related to growth, strategy, marketing, sales effectiveness and internal communications.  Previous assignments include leading the firm’s knowledge management effort, directing an acquisition search for Aon Affinity U.S., managing the day-to-day rollout of Aon’s organic revenue growth strategy (Revenue Engine) and launching the “Aon United” employee campaign.  

In his role as VP of Global Marketing and Communications, Andrew is responsible for developing and driving strategy across Aon’s global marcom department as well as managing operations for the corporate marcom unit.  Specific areas of focus include brand strategy, creative services, interactive marketing, sponsorship, employee communications and Aon’s talent agenda. 

Prior to Aon, Andrew spent 5 years at The Clement Group, a management consulting firm focused on the development and implementation of growth strategies.  Prior to CG, Andrew worked for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (investment banking unit of the audit firm) and Divine InterVentures (venture capital). Andrew began his career as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Andrew is a graduate of Lake Forest College (B.A., Economics) in Lake Forest, IL and he earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
