ABOUT LANCE BAIRD

Lance Baird is the Vice President of Business Strategy and Development at Slack and Company, a B2B agency in Chicago, Illinois. He travels extensively throughout North America and overseas to share his sales and marketing insights with a variety of technical firms and professional organizations.Lance is a graduate of Princeton University and holds an MBA from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He is also a certified brand coach, earning this distinction from the Institute for the Study of Business Markets, a center of excellence at Penn State.

ABOUT KEVIN O'CONNOR

Kevin E. O’Connor, CSP is a professional speaker and consultant primarily to healthcare teams. Kevin is a faculty member of the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and consults with the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. He teaches at Chicago’s Loyola University and at Columbia College, the nation’s largest performing arts school. Kevin holds three masters degrees and has earned the coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. Less than 550 persons in the world hold this honor for speaking and teaching excellence. Kevin is the author of eight books—his latest focuses on executive presentations and facilitations—and he is currently writing a book on helping team members to contribute without fear or reticence, especially during transitions.
