Fred Johnson, Global Director Pricing & Market Strategy of $42B Johnson Controls, will share strategies and tools to drive both top-line and bottom-line growth through pricing and advanced data analytics for B2B companies.  He will share some easily transferrable tools for B2B companies to drive quick-wins to increase profitability.  He will also communicate some advanced data mining and reporting techniques to provide the salesforce with enhanced customer information so they can win more business.  


Fred Johnson is part of Johnson Controls’ Operations & Innovation Team as Global Director of Pricing & Market Strategy. He leads a team of pricing and strategy experts to design and implement pricing and go-to-market strategies across the global business units of Johnson Controls $42B business. He and his team also work side-by-side with Innovation Catalysts and Business Builders to develop new products and offerings, based from Johnson Controls’ Innovation Center in Milwaukee. 

Before Johnson Controls, Fred spent 11 years in the Aerospace and Industrial manufacturing industries with both Parker Hannifin and Oshkosh Corporations. He spent five years living in England, France and Italy focused on identifying and integrating numerous acquisitions for Parker Hannifin. For Oshkosh Corporation, Fred co-led the Business Excellence team driving significant increases in shareholder value through Strategic Pricing, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office, Lean Accounting and Strategic Procurement strategies. 

Fred has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from Cleveland State University and a Certificate in Data-Driven Marketing from Cornell University.
