Roberta O'Keith, Customer Insights Leader, GE Energy – Air Filtration, will share how you can use market research and the insights gained to implement small changes within your organization. She will reference GE’s insights approach and process as well as two specific business case.
ABOUT ROBERTA O'KEITH
Ms. O’Keith has been with GE for over 12 years and throughout her tenure she has led and executed many strategic marketing and VOC projects including competitive and market assessments for various NPI programs. She has also built customer touch point strategies, defined and implemented customer experience programs and established Loyalty KPI’s. Included in her current scope is the reporting, monitoring, and execution of driving business process improvements identified through feedback from the Net Promoter Score program.
She is a sought out guest speaker for such organizations like the Business Marketing Association of Kansas City, Customer Experience Professionals Association, and the Association of Customer Contact Professionals. She also serves as Board Member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association driving awareness, education, and acceptance of Customer Experience as an industry profession.
Her educational background includes an MBA with a Management Consulting concentration from Benedictine University (’01), Lisle, Illinois and a BA from Western Illinois University (’93), Macomb, Illinois. She is also alum of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge class of 2010.
She also serves as a children’s ministry leader at her local church and enjoys coordinating fundraising opportunities for various charities throughout the Kansas City area. She has raised over $10,000 for the local Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through her participation in multiple triathlons for the Team In Training Mid-America chapter.
Roberta is originally from the Chicago area and moved to Kansas 7 years ago with her husband Bob, and two children, Faith and Joshua.
