Breakfast Roundtable

How to Develop Value Propositions & Message Maps

Join us on Sept. 17 at IIT’s Stuart School of Business, 565 W. Adams St., for our first Breakfast Roundtable, sponsored by BusinessWeek, when George Stenitzer, vice president of corporate communications at Tellabs, heads up a discussion on the million-dollar marketing question: How do you create (or find) a value proposition for a new product or service?

Stenitzer traditionally delivers a version of this presentation at BMA's annual two-day IMC seminar every April, and he consistently gets some of the highest marks from attendees. A nationally recognized leader in integrated marketing communications, he will share five techniques to turbo-charge your current value proposition or identify a new one. He also will describe and illustrate how to develop message maps to guide year-round messaging to all audiences in all media.

The Breakfast RoundTables are part of BMA’s value-added initiative and are intended to complement the chapter’s monthly luncheon seminars with a more interactive educational format. RoundTables are held on the third Wednesday of each month.
