About Penry Price

As vice president of advertising sales for North America, Penry Price oversees the day-to-day operations of Google’s media sales and account management teams throughout North America.

Using his previous experience in consumer print advertising, Price helps develop and manage Google’s relationships with traditional advertisers, industry contacts and advertising agencies. Prior to joining Google in 2004, he was the advertising director at Us Weekly, where he managed advertising operations and the publication’s national sales staff. Before working at Us Weekly, he held various advertising sales positions at Rolling Stone, including Eastern advertising director. He began his career in advertising in the consumer electronics group of Hachette Filipacchi Magazines, which included the titles Stereo Review and Car Stereo Review.

Price is a member of the board of advisers of Outward Bound USA, the board of the Boston Ad Club, as well as the ad:tech North American board of advisers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart College.

About Jim Lecinski

Jim Lecinski is Google’s managing director for the Central region. He leads Google’s advertising business with major clients and agency partners in the center of the country, and oversees the Google offices in Chicago, Detroit, Denver and Dallas.

Lecinski has nearly 20 years of integrated marketing and online advertising experience, including expertise in brand and creative strategy, marketing planning, consumer lead generation, marketing analysis, optimization and consumer insights. He also has a strong background in retail and consumer packaged goods marketing, having held leadership positions at DDB, marchFirst, Young & Rubicam and EuroRSCG.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois.
